1 c Active starter 1 Large egg
2 tb Cooking oil 1/4 c Instant or evaporate milk
1 ts Salt 1 ts Baking soda
2 tb Sugar



Mix ingredients together and let the mixture bubble and foam a minute or
two, then drop on hot griddle in large spoonfuls.
